03  / ABOUT ME

03  / Transformation

Sometimes nothing catastrophic has happened. You're not in crisis. But life has started to feel less like yours, and you can't quite figure out when that shifted or why.

That's what I help untangle. We get curious about the parts of you that made the choices that got you here.

What were they protecting? What were they afraid of? What did they put aside to take the practical path, the safe one, the one that made everyone else comfortable?

Once we understand that, we start building something that actually feels like you.

You understand yourself in a way you haven't before.

Not just your patterns or your history, but why certain parts of you made the choices they made and what they were protecting. That knowingness, as clients describe it, changes how you move through every decision that comes after.

You find your own voice again.‍ ‍

That quiet knowing underneath all the noise, the gut instinct you stopped trusting because too many other voices got louder. You learn to tell the difference between fear talking and you talking. That is when things start to feel like yours again.

You start making choices that feel like you.

Not the next practical step or what looks right on paper. Clients have left careers, booked one-way flights, started businesses, picked up painting. The outer changes come from the inner clarity. That is what this work does.

A consultation is 20 minutes. You tell me where you are. I tell you how I work. No intake forms, no script, no pressure.

Most people say it feels more like the beginning of a real conversation than an appointment. We figure out together whether this is the right fit.

If we decide to move forward, we start by mapping your story.

  • Yes, I offer a free 20-minute consultation.

  • The first session is a conversation. I want to understand where you are right now, what brought you here, and what you are hoping to find. We are not jumping into the deep end right away. We are getting to know each other.

I will ask about your history, your story, the things that shaped how you got here. Not to check boxes, but because understanding where you came from tells me a lot about where we are starting from. By the end, we will have a clearer sense of what you need and how I can best support you.

  • Therapy is a personal experience, so there is no straightforward answer to this. It depends entirely on where you are, what you need, and what you want from the work. Some people come for a focused stretch of time working through a specific chapter. Others stay longer, going deeper over time.

What I will say is that we will check in as we go. You always have a say in the pace. This is your process.

  • I am currently taking new clients.

  • IFS stands for Internal Family Systems. The simplest way to explain it: you are made up of many parts, and each one has a job. The part that keeps pushing through. The one that overthinks everything. The one that checks out. The one that has been saying yes for years when it means no.

These parts are not problems to fix. They are trying to protect you. When we get curious about them instead of fighting them, you start to understand why you do what you do. That understanding is where things begin to shift.

  • It is that feeling of being stalled in your own life. You did what you were supposed to do. The grades, the degree, the job, the city. You got there. And somewhere along the way it stopped feeling like yours.

It is not a crisis. Nothing is falling apart. But something feels off in a way you cannot quite name. That in-between space is exactly where this work begins. It is that feeling of being stalled in your own life. You did what you were supposed to do. The grades, the degree, the job, the city. • The best way to find out is to talk. I work best with people who have a degree of stability and are ready to go inward. If you are managing active OCD, a severe psychiatric condition, or are in acute crisis, I will likely point you toward someone who specializes there.

If you are in that quieter stuck place and not sure whether this is for you, a 20-minute call is the easiest first step.
