One-on-One Therapy
Something keeps pulling you back to the same patterns. IFS therapy is where we finally figure out why.
Virtual sessions in California, Washington, and New York.
If you are here, something has been off for a while. You know the feeling.
It sits underneath everything, hard to name, hard to explain to someone who has not felt it themselves.
Most people who find me are doing fine. They are showing up, keeping it together, building something real. And quietly, underneath all of that, they have started to feel like a stranger in their own life. That is the work I love the most.
Getting curious about what got you here. Understanding the parts of you that made those choices, what they were protecting, what they were afraid of. And slowly, carefully, starting to build something that actually feels like you.
What makes this different:
-
You will not get a worksheet
This is not skills-based therapy. We are not here to reframe your thoughts or teach you coping strategies. We are here to understand what is underneath them.
-
I have lived what you are describing
I know the feeling of doing everything right and ending up somewhere that does not feel like you. That is not a credential. It is the reason I built this work.
-
Creativity is how we get there
Between sessions I send journaling prompts and creative exercises. The parts of you that need the most attention often do not speak in words. We find other ways to hear them.
-
You set the pace
There is no timeline. No homework in the traditional sense. No pressure to arrive with answers. You show up. We figure it out together.

How the work happens:
If something on this page felt familiar, I would love to hear from you.
A consultation is 20 minutes. You tell me where you are. I tell you how I work. We figure out together whether this is the right fit. No script. No pressure. You set the pace.
