Your Transformation Begins Here

Reconnect with Meaning, Creativity and Your Childhood Sense of Play

Creating an Integrated Self

Life looks fine, but doesn’t feel right

Creating an Integrated Self exists in the quiet moments between who you've been and who you're becoming—a space where you're invited to meet yourself fully, to embrace every part of yourself and to become more whole. Here, online therapy becomes a creative exploration of your deepest truths and a journey to cultivate awareness, understanding, and transformation.

Creating an Integrated Self is for the emotionally curious who craves depth, meaning, and authentic transformation—not surface-level solutions. I understand that perhaps you've walked the therapy path before, yet you sense there are still unknown parts within you: parts waiting to be seen, parts longing to be heard, and creative expressions yearning to emerge. You're ready to go deeper, to explore the "why" behind your patterns, and to begin the work of integrating all that you are into a more whole you.

This Might Be You

You’re doing everything you’re supposed to…
but something still feels off.

  • You feel stuck, but can’t explain why

  • You’ve outgrown parts of your life, but don’t know what comes next

  • You overthink everything and still feel unsure

  • You want more from your life, but you don’t know what “more” means

Nothing is “wrong” with you—but something isn’t working anymore.

A Different Kind of Therapeutic Journey

My practice exists where Internal Family Systems meets expressive arts, and where depth work becomes a practice of self-discovery. This isn't about fixing what's broken—it's about honoring the wisdom within your wounds, celebrating the complexity of your inner world, and creating space for all parts of you to exist in harmony.

Through our online sessions, whether you're joining from Sonoma County, the North Bay Area, Seattle, Washington State, or New York State, you'll discover that distance dissolves when two souls meet in authentic presence. The virtual space becomes a container as intimate and transformative as any physical room—perhaps even more so, as you remain in the comfort of your own sacred space while we journey together.

Understanding Your Inner Voices

You know that feeling of being at war with yourself? When different parts pull you in opposing directions, creating an exhausting inner dialogue that never seems to resolve? This internal conflict isn't a flaw—it's evidence of your rich inner ecosystem, each part carrying its own wisdom, fears, and desires.

Through Internal Family Systems therapy, we'll learn to listen to these parts with curiosity rather than judgment. That critical voice? It might be trying to protect you from disappointment. The part that withdraws? Perhaps it's safeguarding your tender heart. Together, we'll create dialogue where there was discord, understanding where there was confusion.

The Creative Path to Healing

Your sensitivity isn't just welcomed here—it's celebrated as a profound strength. As an artist, intuitive, or creative, you process the world differently. You feel textures others miss, see colors in emotions, and understand that healing happens not just through words but through creative expression, movement, and symbolic exploration.

My approach weaves together depth-oriented psychotherapy with expressive arts therapy, creating a tapestry uniquely suited to your creative nature. We might explore your inner landscape through imagery, metaphor, or creative exercises that speak the language your soul understands. This isn't about artistic skill—it's about using creativity as a portal to deeper self-knowing.

Navigating Life's Liminal Spaces

Life transitions and that sense of languishing in adulthood—these aren't just challenges to overcome but initiations into deeper selfhood. Whether you're navigating career shifts, relationship transformations, creative blocks, or a restlessness that whispers "there must be more," I provide a gentle, curious presence that honors the sacredness of these threshold moments.

Through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Emotional Freedom Technique, we'll develop practical tools that ground your insights into daily life. This work extends beyond our sessions, offering you ways to stay connected with your inner wisdom as you navigate the complexities of modern existence.

What Our Journey Together Looks Like

Our relationship begins with a consultation—a gentle exploration of what brings you here, what you're seeking, and whether we feel like the right fit together. An initial connection, helps you get a sense of what it might feel like to work together.

Should we choose to work together, the first three appointments become a compassionate intake process where we map your story together—exploring family, cultural, social, medical, and mental health histories through the lens of parts work. Together, we'll identify three to five goals to guide our work together.

Once established, I typically meet with clients weekly at a scheduled time, this helps us create a reliable rhythm for your healing process. Between sessions, I'll offer parts therapy prompts, journaling exercises, and creative invitations that keep you engaged with the work, ensuring that transformation continues to unfold beyond our appointments together.
